Default Which version of Ubuntu should I get?

Should I get Ubuntu 7.04 (Supported to 2008) or Ubuntu 6.06LTS (Supported to 2009)? I'm completly new to Linux and am going to try and tri-boot XP, Vista, and Ubuntu.
