Hello, i was wondering if anyone has tried the new USB 3.0 stuff yet, i backup a lot of movies onto an external HD and recently i wanted to try Blueray, but since the files are generally 15-25 gigs, it takes a long time. so i bought a USB 3.0 add in card for PCIe slot, and a USB 3.0 sata hard drive dock. well it works fine if i am transfering from my internal HD to my external, really fast, i transfered a 20 gig movie in just over 6 mins... compared to about 20+ on USB 2.0...well then i tried ripping a movie to the external hard drive via the internal blue ray rom... and it was no faster than before. took like 20+ mins, not sure if i have something wrong or i just didn't do enough research and this is the way it is... but i thought it would rip the movies to the external just as fast as transfering.
