usb and 1394 connection help

i have three questions left before i turn my new system on for the first time! 2 cords coming fro the face of the case are labeled 1394 and USB. i am pretty sure i can plug the USB into JUSB3 on the mobo. But where does the 1394 cable go? Also, how do i get my graphics card hooked into auxiliary power J1?

your board doesn't support 1394 aka firewire

USB into JUSB3 is correct

not quite sure about your auxiliary power J1??

yeah thanks. my mobo manual says i can power my graphics card straight from a male molex connection on the mobo in order to get better graphics performance.

just plug in the 6pin from your 650TX psu to the card
and you'll be good to go

why put extra strain on the board when you don't have to?
