Urgent help with Vista!

I just purchased a new hard drive (Seagate 250Gb 16Mb cache) and Vista. When trying to install it gets to the "Windows is loading files" part ( The first part) then gives me a blue error screen. Sometimes it just says nothing in particular and a few times it's given me these three things at the bottom "WDF01000.SYS"
"Sacdrv.sys"
"Sacdrv.sys"

Any idea what this means? I've tried everything I can think of. I'm trying to get this installed tonight so I don't have to do it tommorow so any help as soon as possible would be awesome, thanks guys.

Nevermind on this, Just had to reset the Bios settings to default and now I'm posting this from Vista

hrm...........maybe i should reset bios too. Mine is OCed right now n i get this error when trying to reinstall Vista:
