Upgrading Video Card

Hey guys

I am upgrading my graphics card and need some recommendations. I have been looking at 4850s and 4870s. I am also going to need a new PSU since my current one wont be able to handle any new cards.

I am looking to spend around 200 for both pieces, so any good recommendations?
