What about it? A 750ti will perform better than a 750. Factory overclocked cards will perform very marginally over the standard card and it's not worth the extra cost.

Ok and about my case i have mow it domt have a vent om the top. The power box has a fan on the top. So how can i get around this

No. PSUs suck the air from the case on a top mounted setup and blows out the rear. If it was a bottom mounted setup then it would suck cool air in from outside the case and blow it out.

CPU? You never mentioned anything about upgrading your processor earlier. You might want to clearly outline what you want to do.
