Default Upgrading PC...

System Information

Operating System: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit (6.1, Build 7600) (7600.win7_gdr.100226-190)
BIOS: Phoenix - AwardBIOS v6.00PG
Processor: AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 6000+ (2 CPUs), ~3.0GHz
Corsair XSMS2 DDR2 667MHZ 1gb x 2 sticks
Asus M2n Sli Vista premium edition
Seagate 250gb Sata HDD
Xclio Windtunnel V2 Case - just ordered new Case it's Sweet if anyone wants to see just ask
Artic cooler freezer 7 pro v2

Anyone think of any possible upgrades? I'm thinking I may need a new system completely Board/Ram/Cpu.

Also anyone know what good mid end cards are to get? I'm thinking 5770.

Display Devices
Card name: NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GTS - KNACKERED - Going to try oven trick soon but will have to replace most likely.

can you check your mobo model again?

because when i search that model you listed, i either get m2n-plus sli or m2n32-sli, both vista editions.

I am guessing it's just this board
ASUSTeK Computer Inc.

possible upgrade:

AMD Phenom II X4 945

2 more GB of RAM

and a HD 5770 video card

but new board/cpu/ram is more fun
