Upgrading my system.

Hi guys, I'm looking to buy a new motherboard, CPU and Ram, but I'm not sure what will work best with my system. Any suggestions? My budget is between 300-500$

my current system is:

Ergon 750w - Powersupply
ASRock ALiveNF7G-GLAN - Motherboard
AMD Triple-core 2.1 GHz - Processor
6GB DDR2-800 @ 400MHz - Ram
ATI Radeon HD 5770 - 1 DDR5 - Graphics Card

You already have 6gb of ddr2 800 ram. Why do you need new ram?
