Upgrading my PC from an HP m8120n Media Center...

Bought about three years ago, upgraded with an 8800gts and 500w PSU, looking to upgrade it again...my current specs:

Q6600 running at 2.4mhz
8800GTS @ 320MB
3GB RAM DDR2-667 (PC2-5300)
Hitachi HD @ Western Digital WDC both @ 320 GB

Looking to upgrade by adding/replacing these parts (including new case)...

New case CM HAF 932
EVGA GTX 470 Superclocked @ 1280MB
Adding Corsair 1GB RAM
Corsair HX Series CM-PSU-850HX 850w Modular
A buncha of Apevia120mm case fans to replace the stock HAF 230mm fans

Thoughts? Suggestions? About 800$ worth of new stuff, but I'm Starting my new internship this week so I will have some cash to work with this summer, but I'm not trying to go overboard or anything like that

Don't really need a 850w power unit, unless you plan on running 2 of those gtx 470 puppies. Don't know about apeiva fans...

Well for the case fans Im deciding between those because you get a discount if you buy them in bulk, and these:

But the Nexus are more expensive

Also how much lower can I go on the PSU?
