Upgrading My PC

Hi, im new,
i'm upgrading my mobo and CPU and RAM, i just thought id ask for a bit of advice and see if you know of any beter parts for the price bracket.

Asus P5VD2-X Socket 775 Core 2 Duo VIA PT890 VT8237A DDR2 onboard Audio ATX
CPU
Intel E6420 Core 2 Duo CPU - Cheap at Ebuyer!
or would it be worth the extra and buying an e6600
RAM
Kingston 2GB DDR2 Memory - Cheap at Ebuyer!

Are there any better mobos than that around for the price, i have an NVIDIA 7600GT graphics card.
Also, does anyone know where i can buy a cheapish LCD flatscreen tv to use as my gaming monitor

Get this motherboard:
MSI P6N SLI-FI nvidia 650i Socket 775 ATX

Also the e6600 isn't really worth over the e6420, because you can get the e6420 to at least 3.0GHz

its a bit steep that mobo, unfortunately, i need one around 40 50.

Well im not too sure about the chipset in the one you picked, shouldnt be too overclockable.
