My current specs are:

AMD64 3200+ Venice Socket 939
MSI Neo4 Platinum mobo
1 GB (512mbx2) OCZ EL DDR PC-3200 Platinum Revision 2
500GB (250gbx2) WD Sata150 hard drives
eVGA 6800GT
Rosewill 550W PSU

What should I upgrade first?
I was thinking getting more ram. Getting an Opteron 165 and overclock it. Getting a better PSU. Getting a DX10 card.

Or should I just ride this system until I absolutely need a new one?

IÂ’d save up for a Core 2 Duo system instead of upgrading your current rig. If you canÂ’t play your games satisfactorily with what you have, your graphics card could use a bump. Maybe get a 7900GS or something similar for around $150 until you're ready to make the jump. DX10 cards are expensive ATM, and I doubt your system would take full advantage anyway.

It depends on how much you have to spend and what future games you wish to play. If you have alot of money or have no limit I say Build a new comp now.
Something along the lines of E6600, 680I Board, 500 Watt psu, 8800GTX 2 GB's RAM. W/e

But if you have say 300-500 Bucks. I would get a new AMD processor such as the 4400+ or an opteron and OC it. Along with a new Video card as suggested above. The reason for this is 300-500 $ really ins't enough to get a great Intel setup right now. But the upgrade to a dual Core AMD should hold you over until you save up enough money.
