upgrading my dell......again

well im thinking about getting this instead.

an Athlon s939 3200+, an X1600Xt, 400w FSP PSU, cooler master centurion 5, MSI Neo-F 2 ATi Radeon XPRESS 200P and all the stuff i didn't mention form my dell. and later another 512mb of RAM to make it 1gb dual channel.

Why not AM2? Costs about the same as 939.

i was thinking about it, but i dont have the money for a gig of DDR2, and i already have 512mb of DDR 400.

plus it's not gonna be mine after a while, and it wont need upgrading cause it'll be my parents/brothers and they just do general things and my bro does some low end gaming.
