Default Upgrading my dell 400

I posted on here about building a new comp. But instead im going to see if i can upgrade my current one. If i want to be able to play WoW smoother and have more than one program open at the same time. What do i need to replace? If you need any other information just ask and ill find it out, THANK YOU!

You should start by posting what you currently have so we know what you can upgrade to. Also, let us know what you have in mind for a budget.

edit: I just noticed you said you have a dell 400. If THIS is your computer, then you should start thinking about building a new machine. You could change the videocard for something better, but on that system it may not be worth it.
