Default Upgrading my CPU, need help with compatability.

Hey guys, i was wondering if an

Intel Core i7-2600 Sandy Bridge 3.4GHz (3.8GHz Turbo Boost) LGA 1155 95W Quad-Core Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics 2000 BX80623I72600

Would work with my

Asus P5G41-M LE/CSM motherboard.

Thanks.

EDIT: The motherboard comes with an LGA775 socket
