look on other sites for the 4-4-4-15 if you dont mind spending a few more dollars for shipping. however 4-4-4-12 is a very stellar performer as well

are you ocing ur cpu, if so you will want to change from the retail cooler. i would recomend the tuniq tower.

or if he wants to keep it little and easy to install an Arctic Freezer is good too, but people like Invisible and mgcook complain its loud, so get a TRUE if you can

Ya I will be oc'ing the cpu and I had a thermal right ultra-120, but I'd prefer to use the tunic 120, same effect (actually the tests show better results) and its also 20$ cheaper last questions, will the psu be enough to power this build and the case will fit everything? I've never seen a c690 just read about it, the antec900 I have now is huge but its somewhat a tight fit.
(also if possible I can geta corsair hx620 for 10$more then the hx520 from a friend, would I be any better off?)

I'd really like to see this because every test I've seen the TRUE > Tuniq

also the Corsair 520hx is enough (don't base that its crap based on PSU Wattage)

i like head room for i don't have to buy a new psu the next time i build but a 520hx like vernon said would be fine.
