upgrading custom build

ok i have a e7200 2.53 ghz intel based processor
ddr2 8500 2 ghz of ram /2 sticks
corsair non 640 watt psu
evga superclocked 9600GT

500gb hard drive.

i want to upgrade a little to get more juice on certain games. playing i was thinking a new mobo that was SLI compatable ... is there any boards that would be ok with that stuff? trying not to spend a ton of money afterall i did build this system a year ago...

if i got a SLI mobo i would be able to get another 9600GT or 2 and that would be MORE then crazier for what i do (eq2 and CoD4) but i want to be able to play with graphics MAXED not on semi high.

what do ya think? new ram? should i go to vista? for the direct x 10?

As far as ram is concerned, your good. You have a nice CPU, PSU, and an ok Video Card. If your mother board allows it maybe pick up another 9600 GT and run it in SLI? That's probably the cheapest and best upgrade you can make for the moment.

Unless your willing to start from ground zero again.
