Upgrading - Compatibility Check Please!

I used Vista from the day it was released and I've Luv'ed it all along. Of course my system has always been loaded with High Performance Parts which helps.

Well I'll be sure to give my review as I'll be using it for the first week or so until I get Win7

I assume my system can run 7 without it 'bogging it down' right? It's considered high performance I'd hope
