Upgrading comp

Well im just upgrading my mother board and ram.

Im pretty sure my current mobo is fried so im gonna upgrade it.

To this:

think itll be ok?

Im really just gonna use it for general searching and playing counter strike 1.6

it would work, but you can get better stuff. what's your absolute max budget?

like i said though, it's fine for what you'll be doing so you dont' need anything bigger or better, but there are options to better serve you in the future if you want it.
