i wouldn't touch the Sapphire Dual Slot... its just a space waster that dumps hot air into your case... the answer? the card stays cool but the case gets hot, thats what bongwizard is trying to say. airflow doesnt sole the problem if a card is dumping copious amounts of hot air in your case. depends on your fan setup, i suppose.

yeah i thought about that card in crossfire before i bought my 4870. but dude you would need serious fan-action blowing out of your case to rid it of that much heat.
