I want to upgtade the following components:

WinFast NF4SK8AA Motherboard TO

ebuyer.com - Motherboards Motherboards Intel Socket LGA 775 Intel Product details

Leadtek 7600 gs TO

ebuyer.com - Graphics Cards Graphics Cards Nvidia 8800 Series Product details

2gb of ddr400 ram ( dont know which brand TO

ebuyer.com - Memory Memory - Desktop DDR2 6400 .up to 1GB Product details

AMD Athlon 64 X2 4400+ (S939) TO

ebuyer.com - Processors & Cooling Processors Intel Core 2 Duo Product details

Would it be worth making all of these upgrades and if not , what would you chose to upgrade to.

Sounds good. You can save some money by going with a E6300 and over clockig it a little. 2 gig will do you better than one for gaming and Vista.

I might be interested in that CPU if the time is right (as well as the price). May be selling my house shortly...

Complete noob at overcloocking , and would want to be sure im able to overclock before buying the cheaper version. Is there a complete guide from start to finish that explains each step clearly that you (or anyone) knows of ?

Finally, How much would you offer for the proccesser, bear in mind that I live in the uk.
