Default Upgrade Video Card

so im looking to upgrade my video card. i have about 150 or so to spend on it. my current video card is an ati radeon 9600se 128 mb agp

my steup is

Intel P4 2.8ghz
1gb ram
550 watt power supply
Ati Radeon 9600se 128mb agp
80gb HD
250gb HD
Cd Drive
Cd-Dvd burner

so i get about 30 FPS in games like World of Warcraft and id like a card that could bring that up to about 60 or above and i get about 60fps in CS 1.6 and id like that to be around 100+ and suggestions. it has to be agp and around 150 bucks. thank you for the help.

This is the only card I would consider for around that price.

Newegg.com - SAPPHIRE 100209L Radeon X1950GT 256MB 256-bit GDDR3 AGP 4X/8X HDCP Video Card - Retail

That will destroy WoW and CS:S

as stated the 1650 and 1950 are completley different in power.

And if he has the X1650PRO that's not that powerful of a card at all really...the XT is a little more powerful however.

Still the X1650PRO and X1950GT cannot be compared as the GT destroys that card. It's worth the money trust me..

Think of the 9600 as a Chevette, the 1600 as an Escort, and the 1950 as a turbo-charged Mustang.
