Upgrade options

Hi, theres this samsung CPU i want to upgrade

Its pentium 4 3.0ghz w/HT
1gb of ram
geforce fx5200 (low profile edition)
AGP 8x Mobo
Samsung low profile case (like 9.8 cm wide, so i cant fit full height graphic cards)

I was wondering what i should be upgrading here to play hl2/fear or something.

I have a budget of around 750NZD (about 500USD)

My opinions: Definataly scrap the low profile case (get a thermaltake tsunami dream), use a spare radeon 9600PRO, overclock it, and use it. OR scrap the low profile case, (get tsunami), and get a new AGP card? ...But bearing in mind, like, BFG Nvidia geforce 6800ULTRAOC is like 1,100NZD, (800USD) in NZ (new zealand) dont know why... (which brings a new question, is there any cheap retail american stores out there where i can get BFG Nvidia geforce 6800ULTRAOC'ed for like, 400NZD that ships worldwide?)

Any different opinions?

IMO them pre-overclocked cards are a waste of money. You could just get a regular 6800GT and overclock it to the speed of the BFG yourself.
