Default upgrade opinion

i have 1 gig of ram right now and just wondering how long 2 gigs of ram will last me. I have an athlon 64 and a video card im planning on changing to a bfg 7800 gs AGP video card. Im not worried about outdated sockets, but just wondering how long these parts will last me playing all the newest games with no issues at 30fps or higher. Any other things is should upgrade for a longer lifetime? (Besides power supply for Geforce)

i think 2 yr will be good to go, 7800 GS is very recommended card, and 1GB is more than enough for now. buy eVGA 7800GS.

you should get quite some life out of that, it partly depends on what sort of quality settings you will settle for in games
