You just need a bigger hard drive. That's all, if you're just watching a lot of movies.

And get one more stick of 512MB ram.

I'd recommend this hard drive, if you save A LOT of movies:
Newegg.com - SAMSUNG SpinPoint T Series HD501LJ 500GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive - OEM
or
Newegg.com - Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 (Perpendicular Recording) ST3500630AS 500GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive - OEM

If that's too much to afford, then:
Newegg.com - Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 ST3320620AS (Perpendicular Recording Technology) 320GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive - OEM

That's nothing compared to the amount of movies I have. I'd also say bigger HD: the Seagate 7200.10 with perpendicular recording is great

Well definitely more RAM, as I said before. One more stick of 512MB.

For gaming...it depends, on what kind of gaming you'll want to be doing. Latest games, or light gaming.

Also grab a new 1GB (2 x 512MB) of ram with the fastest speed.
