Upgrade Help

I am looking to upgrade the computer in my sig. Specifically the Sound and Video. Looking to spend around 300-400. Any suggestions. I play in wide screen resolutions if that matters. Games currently playing BF2, Guild Wars, Titan Quest, Fry Cry. Will be purchasing C&C3, Quake 3, FEAR, BF2142. Thanks

Do you think the sound will be good for now? I have a 5 speaker Klipsch 5.1 Multimedia Speaker. It's fairly out dated but still sound great. I was think the new sound card to take some load of the CPU.
