If you already have a 3200+ why would you upgrade. If your going to upgrade at lesat get a whole differenct socket and probably a better video card

Sure that CPU is a different version but it's not going to give you a greater performance difference. You might as well buy a 7600GT for 150

save your money and buy a whole new platform when all the new hardware comes out and people wanna sell there stuff on the cheap. I went that route and bought upgrades for a socket 478... ended up costing me in the long run.. save it then do a whole new machine.
