Wondering if any of you super techie research gods have any advise on the upgrades i have chosen. My budget cant go any higher than selected items, and am looking for optimal gaming performance. Any advise is appreciated.

I usually only buy Asus MoBo's have you heard anything bad about this ASRock spin off brand?
