Uh Oh Build Trouble

Hey guys, i have the asus m2n mobo and i hooked all my components up right...then i go to turn it on and it wont start up. i know my switch works i tested it onanother computer...and i know the power supply is on because the little green light is on i dont know what todo.please help thanks.

make sure the cmos jumper is on the correct pins and check if you have the power switch wires on the right pins

depending on if it's needed, make sure those little "paper" washers are on?
