Which TV Tuner Card?

I have concluded that my current tv tuner is dead , and I cant wait around for a solution to present its self, so I am looking at a new card. Which one of these should I get?

Those are ones I am considering. The main features that I am looking for is the ability to record in many different quality settings. The leadtek card I have right now has many to choose from. Two of the above cards have the dual record ability.

Which one is the best out of the group. Price isnt too much of a concern to me. Just a good quality card that will last.
