possibly, but ive tried to play on my monitor with my tv tuner, and theres about a split second of lag between what a tv would show and what will be on your monitor. If your competetive and you wanna record things for a montage or something, than plan on geting a tv tuner with a cable spliter and an RF adapter, or hook up with that thing on s video and play on your tv with component video, meaning you;ll have to be kind of close you your computer.
