Im placing tv tuners into the "advanced computer topics", i plan on getting an 24"-26" 1920x1200 resolution monitor, right now i have cable TV in my room, i know i have to buy a TV tuner, but basically this enables me to watch TV through my computer monitor which has a much superior resolution right? my TV is like a 17" but i wanna get rid of it altogether, my cable is HDTV because my living room TV is 1080p and the picture quality there is amazing, can i achieve the same results?
