Which TV capture card/tuner device do you recommend for my proposed new build?

Hi! Getting ready to build a new system. Wanted some good advice on a good TV capture card/tuner device.

Here's the guts of my new build:

AMD 1055T
890XA-UD3
G.Skil F3-12800CL9D-4GBNQ
XFX 650 XXX [single rail] Edition or Enermax 720 [tri-rail]
Sniper Storm
Hyper 212 Plus or H50 or H70
GPU [not sure yet]

Both of my present TV capture devices are somewhat old:

Hauppauge 1600 PCI card
Pinnacle PCTV 800e USB stick

I would like to capture some of my VCR's through the TV capture device if possible.

Any good advice would be greatly appreciated!!

Hey everyone,

After doing massive reading and comparisons, I have decided to order Hauppauge's 2250. It appears to be one of the best bangs for the buck at the moment.
