Default Tuniq Tower Cooler w/ Antec 900 Case

Would thie Tuniq Tower 120 cooler fit inside the case when I would have the following items:

MSI P6N SLI Platinum LGA 775 NVIDIA nForce 650i SLI ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail

EVGA 640-P2-N821-AR GeForce 8800GTS 640MB GDDR3 PCI Express x16 HDCP Video Card - Retail

Rosewill RP550V2-D-SL 550W SLI Ready-ATX 12V V2.01 Power Supply - Retail

Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 Conroe 2.4GHz LGA 775 Processor Model BX80557E6600 - Retail

G.SKILL 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model F2-6400PHU2-2GBHZ

(x2) Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 160GB - RAID 0
(x1) Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 320GB

LITE-ON 20X DVDĪR DVD Burner With 12X DVD-RAM Write Black SATA Model LH-20A1S - Retail

Just working my last second guess item before I purchase. I was going to get the Artic Freezer Pro 7, but have been reading that the Tuniq is much better.

Must be a long day cuz I am missing the pun. I know from what I have heard that the Antec 900 has alot of room so I just wanted to be sure that if I did get the tuniq that it would fit.

And it's not directly in front of the Tuniq. More like in between the Tuniq and graphic card.
