i'll go ahead and list them out for you...you'll have a better time OCing the quad.

MCP: 1.55v
SPP: 1.60v
HT: 1.55v

you may want to up your PCI-e frequency to 125Mhz and your HT frequency to 210. That is what I have mine set at right now.

So these particular volts (I haven't searched what the above is yet) are changed only once? Are these just some other random volts that will eventually help to raise the quad? Or are these ones I'll be changing a lot?

As I said I have a lot of learning to do. Thanks for the help!

those are volts that will help you get a more stable OC with less voltage to the CPU. i've never changed them once i learned that those are the best voltages to use.
