I don't see why it shouldn't. Otherwise, why would they make it? They should call these behemoths, "mothersinks" instead.

Can you remove the fan on the Tuniq Tower by removing the top plate and put in a faster fan? Cause the picture on Newegg shows the top plate halfway removed from the heatsink with the fan.

so is the AP7 that big? im looking at buying one, and after seeing that im having 2nd thoughts to if it will fit.
 
I wouldn't call the AF7 Pro, big. Just moderate. It should fit on most motherboards, and in most cases.
