Seems like a very good computer, however, there are a couple of flaws. If you want to use the computer for gaming, which i think you do, Pentium D is NOT the way to go. It is a horrible CPU for gaming. Even a Pentium 4 can have a better performance than a D. And also, although 2 gigs is very good, it would be better to do 2x1gig instead of 4x512mbs. It saves you space. Other than than, everything else seems fine. Like i said, if you want to use the computer for gaming, do NOT use a pentium D. However, if you want to use it as a multimedia, than stick with it.

Please man its a 3.6 dual core with 2x2megs of cache, it will handle any game out there specially with that vid card, granted it may not be the best, but far from horrible. I do agree with the memory tho, get 2 sticks of 1 gig.

As far as enough ports ? im not sure what you mean.

All right, let's look at it realistically. Pentium D is not the best kind of processor for gaming, in fact, the AMD 3500+ has better performance. Now, this is 3.6 ghz which is VERY good but for that much money you could easily get a CPU that's twice as good for gaming. For example, get the AMD X2 4800+ OR the Core 2 Duo like you've mentioned in your above post.

you should take 2 sec to read what your gonna quote me on, cuz theres no real point in your post when all i said was it could handle a video game and i clearly stated "granted it may not be the best" which your post is there simpley to agree with me by naming better cpus which i said there were. so im not really sure where your going with this besides being the 12yo you are. grow up. you cant knock someone by agreeing with them.

The arguments apart, the Alienware PC is a better option than the other one. Would I choose either? Not on your life! For that budget, you could build a PC twice as good! Do you think you're up to building one yourself xXD3MONXx?
