I've had my new system build for a few weeks, and I've decided to upgrade the memory from 2 to 4 megs.

Newegg.com - G.SKILL 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Retail
Newegg.com - EVGA 122-CK-NF68-A1 LGA 775 NVIDIA nForce 680i SLI ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail
Newegg.com - Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 Conroe 2.4GHz 4M shared L2 Cache LGA 775 Processor - Retail
Newegg.com - EVGA 320-P2-N811-AR GeForce 8800GTS 320MB 320-bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16 HDCP Video Card - Retail

I'm running the 32-Bit Vista (premium).

The two megs show up just fine (2048 MB). When I add the other two, I end up with 2813 MB. If I only put one of the two memory sticks in (to either bank), it still show up as 2813 MB. I'm confident that all four sticks are fine and all banks are working correctly. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks!
