bios emulation? or just off cd and it works off the bad?

just install the CD, I dont think there's any specific drivers in the DVD.

Yeah, Still havn't got it fixed yet but I know the proble. I downloaded demon tools to get this daa file open. Demon tools has spyware and ad ware up the ***. Well, you talked about the open box dell version. Well small world isn't it. Also I know it isn't vista, because my friend used the same disk on his laptop and works great.
Now what is all this vista bashing. Vistas great but still flawed. Maybe everones expectations were too high and mine are lower. I love vista and never will never go back to xp unless there is something i must have with xp. Vista has more things to do. I am not going to go into all the details but I like vista even though it is a bit slower.
