Trouble Putting My New PC Together

ah i tried not to touch the chip ormobo with the alchohal but when i took it off the whole top of the chip had pastee on it. Then i relized i cant get the heatsink back on without taking out the mobo so I had to reclean off the chip and the heatsink again then take the mobo out but then again the screws got stripped and wouldnt come out so i had a buncha trouble there, then i had to put the chip and heatsink back on the mobo and i hope its ifne now. The fan is still cruckid it seems if I set it on the table it still is cruckid. So i hope i didnt ruin anything.
