a mainboard with 3 PCI-E-x16-slots (680i or the upcoming 7x0i)
I jus thappen to have one of these boards....Wonder if i can find a third 8800GT

only GTX's and Ultras can run triple-sli. triple GT's would be sweet though, atleast it would be a bit more cost effective haha

Wow it blocks all the slots though you cant even put your sound card anywhere.

I hate to say it, but it is pretty sad that 1500 dollars or more of GPU power can hardly play a game maxed out. It is getting more expensive to play new games then ever before.

37 fps on very high @ 1920x1200.. finally crysis is playable.. 37 fps looks incredibly smooth w/ 37 fps

wow 'Very High' detail in Crysis @ 1920x1200 and you get 40 fps.. that's pretty impressive, you can probably get 120+ fps on 'High' and 1280x1024

darn, that's like $2500 worth of graphics cards right there o_O
