Default Touchscreen monitor?

I was wondering if i could attach a small touchscreen monitor onto my pc which i can use next to my main monitor for things like videos and such while i am doing something on my main monitor like playing crysis and such (since i have four cores, i might as well use them...)

Does a small 7" 800x600 touchscreen exist which i can adapt to my evil nefarious purposes? If i run a VM then the touchscreen should work without moving my mouse on my main screen...

Does anyone know how a UK resident like myself can procure such a monitor? websites?

I plan on treating myself after my GCSEs u c...

Btw: i'd prefer that the monitor doesnt set me back more than 80 max... i dont have THAT much money to spend...
