tool less computer case?

People in the review say its tool less PCI and bay slots.

toolless design means just what it says... no tools necessary to install cards, drives, etc... Instead of using screws like traditional cases, the pci cards, video cards, etc are held in using clamps, and the hard drives and dvd drives, etc are attached using a push pin system. Very nice, but sometimes ive found them hard to use cuz they sometimes require alot of manhandling.
