Default C2D Build

So I finally got the go ahead from my parents. My very first rig. I'm on cloud nine. Lol, anyways, here are the parts I finally decided on. Any last minute suggestions?

Case: Gigabyte 3D Aurora

Mobo: Gigabyte 965P DS3 (Purchasing from Zipzoomfly)

Power Supply: 500W Fortron

Processor: C2D E6300

Memory: G.skill 1gb DDR2 800

Hard Drive: WD Caviar 160gb

Video Card(Already Purchased): BFG 7600GT

CPU Cooling: Zalman CNPS 9500

guess your planing on using the stock cooling that comes with the cpu?

160gb is small for me, i recommend at least 200gb (i say this because next gen games are 7gb now), having a stock cooling system isn't the end of the world, and you can always put your comp in a freezer for ten mins when it heats up

My dad said it'd be fine if I bought a CPU Cooler (It originally sent me over budget).

I'll be using the Zalman CNPS 9500 with AS5

lol the cpu sent me over budget by £100 thats just over $200 I was planning on a pentium D then a E6300 and now E6600 when will it end I'm thinking maybe a quad core

i think you would have to wait a little while longer if you wanted to go with quad core, unless your thinking about getting the q6700 which would make your graphics card by far a huge bottleneck.
