Default Thunder K8SD Pro

I saw this on ebay, Thunder K8SD Pro, it comes with two new Opteron 286 CPUs. It states stuff about being a server board, but my question is this: I'm looking at it for my brother, who does a lot of stuff with AutoCAD and could use the dual processor setup, I can run a regular OS and use it as a regular cpu and not just as a server, right? If it's a stupid question, then I apologize in advance. I'm just trying to do something nice for my brother that won't break me.
Here's the link to the board: http://www.tyan.com/products/html/thunderk8sdpro.html

seems good. Dual CPU's would really work great for AutoCAD. Just because a computer has 2 CPU's doesn't mean that its only used for server apps. Go for it!

Those are server CPUs though, so it wouldnt work as well as say having dual core, or even having 2 cpus.
