that psu is an overkill

go with something like an antec 550 watt

I was thinking with that video card, I need a ton of power. I am going to have 3 or 4 drives plus a card reader. I guess I am just overkilling some because the last puter I built the PSU went out and wasn't stable.

Will the stock fan be ok? I don't think I am going to overclock but I might. Also which operating system should I buy? If vista, which one?
I think i say 32 bit and 64 bit vista??????????

I never did before but thought maybe I should this time. Is XP ok or should I go with Vista?

The stock CPU heatsink and fan will be fine, even for mild to moderate overclocking.

You might as well go with Vista, unless you have a particular reason to stay with XP.

Have a look on Microsoft's website to determine which Vista version is best for you for what you do.
