Default Thinking about i7 Update..... Help with mobo selections

K, With the great deals on 930s and 950s, I'm thinking about updating my mobo/ram/cpu to a 950.

I don't want extreme overclocking ability (I'm not Slay ), but also don't want to get screwed like my 680i board and 45nm quads.
So can some folks recommend decent 1366 boards, in a varied price range, that'll have decent updateing with 6 core 32nm chips in mind.

I'm not looking to buy right straight up, so who cares about sale deals, but maybe as the deals cycle through, I'll peice things together.... Don't really have the desposibly cash right now.

There's a great deal with the 950, X58 Sabertooth, and a HAF X. You'd be getting more than you need with the case but I'm just throwing it out there.

EDIT: I've heard good things on this board but it's pricey and E-ATX. Newegg.com - EVGA 141-GT-E770-A1 LGA 1366 Intel X58 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Extended ATX Intel Motherboard

This mobo is the newer version of what I have in my Office Workstation. It's priced fairly decent, it runs stable and it overclocks pretty good.
