GIGABYTE GA-K8N Pro-SLI ATX AMD Motherboard - $106.00
AMD Athlon 64 3200+ 1GHz FSB Socket 939 Processor - $174.00
XION Ultimate Engineering XON-002 Black/Silver Computer Case With Side Panel Window - $64.00
Western Digital Caviar SE 250GB 3.5" Serial ATA150 Hard Drive - $99.00

I've got 2 gig xms in my rig and its working great. not a heavy overclocker (only 15% or so) but have had no issues
