Default Thinking about AMD FM2+ CPU

I am thinking about doing a system build for my cousin, and I was looking at the new AMD FM2 CPU and their prices seem good.

Anyone have any motherboard recommendations for the AMD A10-7850K Kaveri 3.7GHz Socket FM2+ 95W?

Also, is there really much of a difference between the 95W chips and the 100W?

Healing hands are good.
