It's way more than you need. A 3.5g tube of TP can last 3-4 builds.

oh crap thanks, do I just use thermal paste on the HSF? ( my tuniq tower 120 )

Yes, between the HSF and the CPU die. Only use a grain or rice size amount.

I hate to sound like a broken record, but check the place I posted. I paid less than $3 postage because I opted for USPS, and I still got it in 3 or 4 days.
