Default Thermal Electric CPU Cooler

Thermal Electric CPU Cooler......anyone ever use these? im wondering if they are actually worth the money? for a couple more bucks you can get water but they say these are just as good.

just wonder what people thing about them.

why....just why.....if your cpu requires a serious cooling system...why not just save 50$ more bucks and get a water cooling system for 200$......most likely you dont even need a WC setup....just a nice heatsink and fan like this-

no no, im just asking if anyone has used one, and how comparable it is to water cooling. im not worried about temps at all, i already a water cooling set up, a stock set up on one of my older computers, and getting ready to build a new system. i just like playing with gadgets and overcloacking, and just wondering about these if its even worth playing with.

for the price they arent worth it at all.....id either stay with air or go water cooling.....if it was me.....but yea....heres one on newegg for way too much-

a conroe of 3.5 35C at load? Why don't these people keep Oc'ing until it hits 55C load?
